Blair Crimmins launched his music career in Atlanta, blending ragtime and 1920s Dixieland jazz with a modern edge. He has toured the U.S. and Italy, opening for acts like Preservation Hall Jazz Band and Old Crow Medicine Show. A multi-instrumentalist, he writes for a classic New Orleans-style horn section.
His debut album The Musical Stylings Of gained major college radio attention, and he later composed the score for the short film Old Man Cabbage. Named Best Songwriter by Creative Loafing in 2013, he earned a Georgia Music Award nomination for Sing-a-longs!.
Crimmins has since released several albums, including You Gotta Sell Something (2017), the children’s album All Aboard(2019), and Okay Boom! (2021), featuring swing-style covers of artists from Louis Armstrong to David Bowie.
